Summary of Personal Activities:
News:
I am currently seeking for a permanent/intern job position in major Telecommunications industries, banking industries, consultancy firms and research labs, both in UK and USA.

He obtained B.Eng. degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, 2006. After that, he was awarded a department bursary and European project studentship to continue my Ph.D degree in U.K.. In 2007, he passed M.Phil. degree examination at Imperial College. He has published more than 20 prestigious journal and conference papers, reports and deliverables, a list of which and research projects could be found in his personal website. Now he is officially with US-UK goverment funded ITA Project. Previously he has been involved in EU-FP6 MEMBRANE Project 2006-2008. He is a student member of IEEE. During June and September 2009, he worked as a research intern at IBM T. J. Watson Research Centre in USA.

His supervisor is Prof. Kin K. Leung, Fellow IEEE, and he is currently closely working with Dr. Thanos Gkelias at Imperial College, and Dr. Kang-won Lee, Dr. Ting He, Dr. Chatschik Bisdikian and Dr. Joel Branch at IBM T. J. Watson Research Centre in USA.

Here are his major research interests:

1) Cross layer design of wireless networks
2) Joint routing, scheduling, and connection admission control design for wireless backhaul network
3) Mathematical modelling and optimization on wireless networks
4) QoS routing with MIMO antennas
5) Ad-hoc, sensor and mesh backhual networks
